Capital Campaign Management
Few people go into ministry or the non-profit sector to raise money. We do it because we need to in order to see the goals before us achieved. Let us help you to understand the process, determine your organizational readiness, and prayerfully discern how much you can raise. Often when I was a pastor, we needed help, which was readily available, but too expensive for us to utilize. Discerning Partners is dedicated to getting you the help you need while keeping our costs down so you can access it!

Assessment
We offer two convenient assessment packages to choose from! As always, more fully customized options are available upon request. Limited number of scholarships are available each year, so if cost is an issue, let’s talk about it!
MODIFIED ON-SITE
- You will have a conversation with a Discerning Partners consultant to seek to understand your culture, context, concerns and the issues you would like help with.
- Your consultant will develop a contextually specific questionnaire that will be sent to a broad group of your members, and you will have a conversation with your consultant to suggest changes or adjustments before it is sent.
- Once those responses are received, your consultant will travel to your location and spend two days observing relevant activities and speaking 1:1 or in focus groups to selected people.
- Your consultant will then take all that content and write up a report on their findings and suggestions for a path forward.
COMPREHENSIVE ON-SITE
- All of the previous options, plus additional two days for in-person interviews (allows for much greater depth of understanding).
- Four included 60 min. follow up coaching sessions for implementation
